I am a new author to M/M, however I am not a new reader of it. I have to thank Erica for inviting me to participate in the hop. I agreed readily enough because the outright meanness, harsh unkindness, anger, slander, bullying, hypocrisy, and discrimination against gay, lesbian, and transgender person is appalling. It shouldn’t be tolerated. It shouldn’t even be a question that they are human and have the right to love who and where they will. It is not for me or you or anyone else to judge.
M/M is one of my favorite genres to read and most definitely one of my favorites to write. It makes me smile when male characters speak to me, when they tell me their story of lust and love and desire. They inspire me. I have several favorite authors in the M/M genre and I will be giving away 3 books from 3 of my favorite M/M authors.
My Fair Captain by J. L. Langley
Bound By Deception by Ava March
To win these three books, you must answer the following question: Who is your favorite M/M author?
It really is that simple, I promise. Now, if you would like, please Like my Facebook page. You may also follow me on Twitter, follow my blog, sign up for my newsletter. I’m still exploring M/M authors, so I am not sure it’s appropriate to say I have a favorite just yet. I will however share that my first was JL Langley, and it definitely got me interested in reading more of the genre. In addition to that, I remember reading JR Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood series and thinking to myself “I’ve never wanted so badly to see two men get together before” regarding Blay and Quinn. I’ve never had a problem with gays, even have a few friends that are, but I still seem to have a new respect after reading M/M romance books.

That would be Zathyn Priest ^.^ He’s amazing.
Thanks so much for taking part, Lissa 🙂
I have a lot that I really like but my top two are Carol Lynne and Lynn Hagen. I can’t choose between them.
Honestly, I have only recently discovered how much I enjoy m/m, so I don’t have a favorite author yet. I’ve read some that I really enjoyed by Olivia Brynn and KC Burn. I have several in my Kindle that I’m anxious to read.
I haven’t read much of this genre. That said, I ran across the Magic and Mayhem series and really like that. There were 3 authors involved but I only remember 2 at the moment, Joyee Flynn and Gabriel Evans. These books are funny and hot.
My favorite is Amber Kell! And then Joyee Flynn, Lynn Hagen, AJ Llewelyn, Gabrielle Evans, ok I have a lot of favorites.
I like John Simpson’s works (especially his Condor series!)
i don’t know that I could pick a favorite oh wait can i choose you
I haven’t read that many authors. I’m a big fan of Marie Sexton but I also just finished Caregiver by Rick Reed and I loved that one.
WOW – this is a really hard questions – there are so many I love depending upon the mood I am in. So I am going with 2 of my top ones – ZA Maxfield and Carol Lynne. THough I really want to add about 10 more to this list, I will be good. 🙂

I don’t have one as I am just starting to read m/m. Thanks for the giveway and I’m glad I found this hop. I get some books to check out and this is an important issue to highlight!
That’s a hard question, I have more than one but I’ll pick Heidi Cullinan.

I have to admit, I had an ulterior motive in requiring answers to my question… I am looking for new to me M/M authors and y’all are giving me a great list to start with! TY!
The question is simple, the answer, not so much for me! The first author I read though, who is a. Favorite of mine is TA Chase, so that will be my choice because there are so many I could name!
It is very hard to pick just one…so I guess I’ll just pick one of my go to auto-buy authors…OK, still hard. **Close eyes and use a pin** Amy Lane, so snarky and funny, is one of my top favorites.
I have several fave authors. J.L. Langley is one of them as is Stormy Glenn, Carol Lynne, Joyee Flynn, Lynn Lorenz, and Stephani Hecht. And that’s just some of them. I always have difficulties answering these kinds of questions because I have a ton of faves. These are just some that I think you might enjoy.
I’m just delving into m/m romance (though I have read a lot of gay erotica, which has some overlap but is not exactly the same). Right now my favorites include the short story “Say A Little Prayer” by Clare London, the novella “Whitetail Rock” by Anne Tenino, and the novel “Between Sinners and Saints” by Marie Sexton. I also really want to read the latest novels by Lori Toland and Kate McMurray…
Ohhh hard question!!!
I think I have two.
ZA Maxfield because her prose makes me swoon.
Kerry Freeman because she is who led me here to m/m many years ago.
Both of them have made a huge impact on me 🙂

The first m/m romance I ever read was Carol Lynne’s Brier’s Bargain. I bought 6 more of her stories right away. Since she got me hooked on the genre, I think she should be my favorite m/m author.
