Drinking and Winning Giveaway Hop!
Given my love of wine, y’all had to know I would want to participate in this! I really enjoy having a glass of wine while making dinner, sometimes while writing in the evenings, or while reading a good book. Thank you to Reading-Romances.com for hosting this pre-party blog hop and then hosting their blogiversary party for all of us to enjoy on March 29th!
My favorite wines are Muscadine wines from Duplin Winery here in North Carolina:
They are sweet, and not acidic. I prefer their reds and blushes rather than their whites. Most white wines tend to be too dry for me, however, I have found that Moscato wines are lovely in their sweetness, in their fruitiness. I buy mine from Trader Joe’s. And I don’t spend a lot of $$$ on wine. Less than $10. However…OMG…I bought what’s called an Eiswein from Trader Joe’s and it was definitely more than $10 and I am so in love with it. It’s sweet and delicate and the grapes are harvested at 17 degress F. When they are COLD! Delicious stuff…
